This week interview with Acire and her beautiful paintings, from USA Tell us a bit about yourself and your shop. I am a wife and a mother of three children. I have dabbled in painting my whole life. I recently have the opportunity to live in Australia which is one of the most wonderful countries in the world. Before leaving my husband and I took a day to try to pick out a large piece of Aboriginal art to purchase. We had some small items but I wanted something significant. I fell in love with one painting and asked my husband what he thought about buying it. He said he would love to buy it for me but I wouldn’t have a car when we moved back to the United States as it was almost $20,000! We had a good laugh and I started thinking, I could paint that and while it wouldn’t be an original from Australia it would be free.
