Tell us a bit about yourself and your shop.

I love to find unusal abstracts and angles allowing the ordinary to appear extraordinary. I zoom in and bring light to the details of things around me. Creating abstracts and bringing attention to textures and patterns. My husband and I, along with our now one year old boy love to travel enabling me to capture my adventures in bold, high contrast, dramatic photographs.

Why did you choose Etsy to sell your items?

At the time it best suited my needs. It provided me with a place to sell my work.. a wonderful community to learn from and the cost of selling was not too high.

What are your favorite materials/techniques and why?

I love my camera, my canon..

Tell us briefly the stages of processing of your products.

I travel, take pictures, narrow down the selection, those images are then edited. Those that survive this stage are again edited and after that only those that I truly love make it to the store.

Do you think people should buy handmade? Why?

We have such amazingly talented people out there who put their hearts and souls into every single piece they create. When you buy handmade it is a personal experience. It comes with a story. Also when you buy handmade it is one of a kind.. you will not find it in every other house, being worn by every other person.

Raccontaci qualcosa di te e del tuo negozio.

Amo trovare astrazioni inusuali e angoli permettendo all'ordinario di diventare straordinario. Ingrandisco e porto luce su dettagli e cose intorno a me. Realizzando astrattismi ponendo attenzione su textures e disegni.Io e mio marito, con il nostro ragazzo che ora ha un anno, amiamo fare viaggi e mi consentono di catturare le mie avventure in fotografie forti, con alto contrasto e drammatiche.

Perchè hai scelto Etsy per vendere i tuoi prodotti?

Al momento Etsy è ciò che più soddisfa i miei bisogni. Mi ha fornito un posto in cui vendere il mio lavoro...una fantastica comunità per imparare e i costi di vendita non sono alti.

Quali sono i tuoi materiali/tecniche preferiti? Perchè?

Amo la mia fotocamera, la mia Canon...

Credi che le persone dovrebbero acquistare handmade? Perchè?

Abbiamo così tante persone fantasticamente talentuose là fuori che mettono il cuore e l'anima in ogni singolo pezzo che realizzano. Quando compri handmade è un'esperienza personale. Esso nasce con una storia. Poi quando compri un oggetto fatto amano è un pezzo unico...non lo trovi nelle altre case, o indossato da altre persone.
